Deleting your data

You can delete everything we hold about you at any time.

If you have an account

1. Sign in at app.sudwire.com and open the Account page.
2. If you want a copy first, choose Download my data.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm. Your account, sites, sources, drafts, chats and analytics are deleted straight away, and any plan is cancelled.

Two things are kept, as our Privacy policy explains: billing records that tax law requires, and one-way hashes that stop a free trial being claimed twice.

If you can’t sign in

Email support@sudwire.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

If you run a Facebook Page or another public account we read

Sudwire reads only the public posts of official bodies’ accounts, through each network’s official API, when a publisher chooses to follow them. To stop us following your account and to have the posts we stored deleted, email support@sudwire.com with the account’s address. We do it within 30 days. Posts we read are deleted after 21 days anyway, unless they became a draft for a publisher.
